Initial Screening - Phone interview with Wings Over Team. Submit proof of experience and assets.

Financial Review and Follow Up - Receive and Review Franchise Disclosure & Qualification Package (FDD). Complete background and credit check.

Approval - Sign FDD and Franchise Agreement. Schedule Discovery Day.

Next Steps - Begin Site Selection and construction. Schedule and complete formal training.
